During my studies at University, my progress was at a stand-still. I was putting in hundreds of hours in the gym and looking into the mirror month on month, year on year trying to figure out why I looked exactly the same as I did 3/6/12 months ago.
But, after completing my studies at University and making lots of mistakes along the way, I know the reason why.
